Based on an EIA standard 0805 footprint, the SMC0805 Series of multilayer chip inductors for UHF applications includes devices having minimum SRF ratings of 6000 MHz with minimum Qs as high as 56. The claims made for the series include zero percent coupling, high heat resistance, high reliability, and excellent solderability. Inductances range from 1.5 nH to 470 nH and DCR maximums range from 0.10 to 4.0 ohms. Rated current ranges from 200 mA to 150 mA. Operating temperatures range is between -55°C and 125°C.
