Designed for next-gen handheld appliances, the T-Flash, Mini-Flash, and Mega-Flash series surface-mount LED modules feature low-voltage operation and a refresh rate that accommodates the latest flash-based drivers. The modules are available in five package types and a range of intensities and power capacities. Lighting intensity for the trio ranges from 3,000 to 24,000 mcd (3 cd to 24 cd) with peak forward current from 20 mA to 1A and power dissipation up to 600 mW. Viewing angle ranges from 55° to 120°. Other features include heat-sink-based reflector modules in sizes from 2.7 mm x 3.2 mm x 0.9 mm through 5 mm x 5 mm x 1.5 mm, each indexed for polarity, and ESD capability up to 6 kV.
