Offered in a height of just 0.6 mm, the BL-Hxxx6A series surface-mount LEDs are 0.2 mm thinner than the industry-standard device measuring 0.8 mm. Available in 0603 packages, users can specify wavelengths from 430 to 700 nm. Colors include water clear lens and bright, super and high-efficiency red, orange, yellow, green and blue.
The LEDs come on tape-and-reel in 3,000-piece quantities and are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 250°C. Depending on quantity and color, prices range from $0.20 to $3 each with delivery from stock to four to five weeks.
