Bolstering the company's family of white LEDs is the TL12W01-D surface-mount white LED that provides a typical flux of 30 lm from a driving current of 250 mA. Measuring 10.5 mm x 5 mm x 2.1 mm, the component suits space-limited residential and commercial lighting applications that typically rely on conventional incandescent bulbs. It delivers a typical performance of 35 lm/W, the result of a low thermal resistance package, and specifies a forward voltage of 3.4V typical at a forward current of 250 mA.
