The PS7200R-1A solid-state relay combines low output capacitance, low CxR and ultra-low leakage in a miniature surface mount package. The relay is said to be well tailored for high-speed, high fidelity signal switching applications. Besides a switching speed of 0.3 ns typical, the product has a capacitance of 1.1 pF typ, 10 nA of leakage current, a 40V breakdown voltage, a CxR of 11 pF, continuous load current of 120 mA, and a LED on-state current of 2 mA. The single-channel model has GaAs LEDs on the input side and a pair of MOSFETs on the output side. Other features include zero cross talk and no shielding requirements. Price is $2 each/1,000.
