Operating at frequencies up to 4.5 GHz, the GRF 180 magnetic-latching, surface-mount relay measures just 12.06 mm x 9.53 mm x 8.636 mm and operates at temperatures from -65°C to +125°C. The relay employs what is said to be a unique ground shield that shields each lead individually and includes a ground interface that improves high-frequency performance and parametric repeatability. The hermetically sealed relay is available in coil voltage ratings of 5, 12 and 26.5 Vdc and is intended for use in RF attenuators and switch matrices, automated test equipment, and spacecraft applications. Other features include an all-welded construction and resistance to shock and vibration. Maximum weight is 2.9g. Pricing for the GRF 180 is $37.88 each/500. TELEDYNE RELAYS, Hawthorne, CA.
