USB 3.0 Camera Exploits Cypress USB Controller

Deemed the market’s smallest and fastest USB 3.0 camera for industrial apps, the 26.4 mm x 26.4 mm x 19.1 mm MQ Series employs Cypress Semiconductor’s FX3 USB 3.0 controller to deliver imaging rates at 5 Gb/s, the equivalent of 400 Mpixels/s.

Deemed the market’s smallest and fastest USB 3.0 camera for industrial apps, the 26.4 mm x 26.4 mm x 19.1 mm MQ Series employs Cypress Semiconductor’s FX3 USB 3.0 controller to deliver imaging rates at 5 Gb/s, the equivalent of 400 Mpixels/s. Resolutions span VGA to 4 Mpixels and frame rates are up to 600 fps. The MQ series also offers opto-isolated trigger inputs and lighting synchronization outputs, non-volatile memory, and an HDR model with a dynamic range up to 100 dB.
