Pin and package compatible with the 64 Mb SDRAM generation, these 128 Mb SDRAMs can be used in systems to double memory capacity and improve overall system performance. Intended for use in workstations, servers, desktop and notebook computers, the devices are fully compliant with the PC100 specification that supports Intel's 100-MHz system bus. Each 128Mb SDRAM supplies 16MB of random access memory capacity, that lets designers configure end systems with 64MB main memory using only four devices.
