Making 512-MB modules feasible, these 128-Mb devices fit the same 54-pin, 400-mil, TSOPs used for 64-Mb devices. Designated TC59SM716, TC59SM708 and TC59SM704, the 128-Mb SDRAMs are four bank devices available in x16, x8 and x4 organizations, respectively. At 125-MHz clock frequency, the devices fully meet the PC100 specification. Minimum cycle time is 8 ns or 10 ns. Power is 3.3V with 0.3V tolerance.
