Letting OEMs double the amount of expandable RAM using existing memory slots while addressing speeds of more than 100 MHz, these 256-MB SDRAM DIMMs are thinner than standard 128MB DIMMs built with SOJ components and are only 1.5" high. Intended for high-end workstations and telecommunications equipment, these high-density modules are 3.3V and conform to the JEDEC Registered SDRAM DIMM 168-pin specification. The modules integrate easily into standard slots, are PC100 compliant and are backward compatible with the JEDEC 66 MHz standard.
