Recently entered into mass production, the company's 576 Mb RDRAMs achieve what is claimed as a record data processing speed of 1.2 Gb/s. The 576 Mb RDRAM-based modules are available in densities up to 1 GB in a selection of module options including 16-bit RIMM, 32-bit RIMM, SORIMM, NexMod, and four-channel RIMM.
