Targeting high-end PCs, network servers and workstations, these 64-Mbit and 128-Mbit SDRAMs support the PC133 standard, which provides improved system performance over the PC100 standard. The products are manufactured on a 0.20-µm process and the 64-Mbyte SDRAMs are organized in 8M x 8, 4M x 16 and 16M x 4 with speeds of 143 MHz, 133 MHz and 125 MHz, while the 128-Mbyte DRAMs are organized in 16M x 8, 8M x 16 and 32M x 4 with speeds of 143 MHz, 133 MHz and 125 MHz. Modules include 256-Mbyte, 128-Mbyte, 64-Mbyte and 32-Mbyte DIMMs and SODIMMs. They're available in buffered and unbuffered formats.
