Said to deliver the industryÕs fastest access times, select members of the companyÕs latest family of 0.15 µm CMOS 8 Mb SRAMs can achieve an access time of 40 ns. Eight devices in the family, the TC55VBM316ATGN40, TC55VBM316ATGN55, TC55VBM316ASGN40, TC55VBM316ASGN55, ATC55VEM316AXGN40, TC55VEM316AXGN55, TC55YEM316AXGN55, and TC55YEM316AXGN70 operate on voltages from 2.7V to 3.6V. Depending on the device selected, they offer options such as access times of 55ns to 85ns at voltages ranging between 1.65V and 3.6V. Each device in the family incorporates an internal voltage down converter, enabling the devices to support wider voltage levels. Three packaging options are available: a 48-pin TSOP Type-1 measuring 12 mm x 20 mm; 48-pin TSOP Type-1 measuring 12 mm x 14 mm; and a 48-pin FBGA package measuring 7 mm x 7 mm.
