Ready for mobile and battery back-up applications, the IS61WV6416LL and IS63WV1024LL 1 Mb asynchronous SRAMs come in 64K x 16 and 128K x 8 configurations, respectively, and specify an access time of 20 ns. Both consume a typical standby current of 4 µA and an operating current of 15 mA. The devices operate with voltages from 2.5V to 3.6V over a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
