The company’s latest memory offering logs on as the industry’s first 128-Kb serial EEPROM in an eight-pin XDFN package with an overall height of 0.4 mm. Measuring 1.8 mm x 2.2 mm, the device is available in two-wire serial EEPROM (AT24) and SPI serial EEPROM (AT25) protocols. Two-wire devices offer densities ranging from 1 Kb to 128 Kb and SPI densities range from 1 Kb to 16 Kb.
