Claimed as the first synchronous SRAM module available in a ceramic package, the 1-Mbyte WY128K72V-XG5X module comes in a 164-lead, 27.8-mm square, hermetically sealed ceramic QFP that's just 4.57 mm tall. The module offers a flow-through data bus for faster data accesses of 10 ns and 11 ns, with OE access times of just 7 ns.Organized as 128k x 72, the module operates from a single 3.3V supply. It has a 5V-tolerant common data I/O, individual byte write control, write pass-through capability, and burst control pins for interleaved or linear burst.
