Claiming the highest data throughput in the industry with densities as high as 9 Mb, the TeraSync FIFOs are also said to be the first devices to offer user-selectable I/O, supporting 2.5V LVTTL/LVCMOS, 1.8V LVCMOS/eHSTL, and 1.5V HSTL. With an

With an operating voltage of 2.5V, these devices attain speeds up to 255 MHz. An echo clock feature enables interfaces to run at speeds in excess of 200 MHz by controlling the phase and timing relationship of the output data and clock signals. With 26 devices in the series, the chips come in BGA packages and prices start at $25 each/10,000.
