Containing 32 Mb of flash memory and 4 Mb of SRAM, the 16-bit LRS1337 and 8-bit LRS1333 come in a stacked chip-scale package (CSP) with dimensions of 8 x 11 x 1.4 mm. The packages are one-third the size of similar discrete packaging, making them well-suited for cell phones and PDAs. The LRS1337 contains 32M x 16 boot block flash and 4M x 16 SRAM. The LRS1333 contains 32M x 16 boot block flash and 4M x 8 SRAM. Both devices have an operating voltage of 2.7V to 3.6V, flash access time of 90 ns and SRAM access time of 85 ns.
