With extended capabilities of up to 160 Mbytes of bootable flash memory, this newest version of the IDE 1.3” Flash Disk is claimed to possess the smallest form-factor of all the IDE family members. Now available in both the 1.3” and 1.8” form-factors and in capacities ranging from 4 to 160 Mbytes, the solid-state disk drives are suited for rotating magnetic hard drives. Applications include industrial control systems, handheld devices, and mobile testing equipment. Both disks come in standard, enhanced and extended temperature ranges.
