Entering the market as the industry's smallest removable flash memory, the T-Flash device measures 11 mm x 15 mm x 1mm, just about the size of a fingernail. This size breakthrough is said to be the result of both advanced packaging and the company's latest NAND flash memory and controller technologies. Currently available in capacities ranging from 16 MB to 128 MB, the memory targets applications in emerging, and shrinking, mobile-phone designs that feature digital cameras, video capture and playback, video games, etc. Additionally, the device is capable of interoperability with SD devices via a SD card adapter.
