Expanding the company's line of 18-Mb, no-wait state and standard synchronous SRAMs is a 300 MHz device, groomed for networking and telecomm applications. Fabricated using 0.13 µm technology, the device is offered as a no-wait synchronous SRAM or a standard synchronous SRAM with 2.5V and 3.3V operating voltages. Other features of either version include JTAG boundary scan and commercial and industrial operating-temperature ranges. Industrial temperature devices operate at speeds up to 250 MHz. Standard synchronous devices are available in a 165-pin BGA JEDEC package; no-wait devices include a 209-pin BGA. Price is $35 each/10,000. INTEGRATED SILICON SOLUTION INC., Santa Clara, CA.
