The LP-Stack DDR series interchangeable memory devices incorporate the company's stacked-semiconductor design technology to deliver high density in a space-saving package. Fully compatible with JDEC PC200/266 DDR SDRAM, these stacks have data rates up to 266 MHz and a system-level bandwidth up to 2.1 GB/s. Space savings are achieved by stacking two 128-, or 256-Mb, 66-pin TSOP 1, 2.6-V DDR SDRAM chips in two-bank configurations for 256 and 512 Mb stacks. Pricing for a 256-Mb, two-high stack starts at $50 each in quantity.
