TCAM Family Handles Multi-Layer Packet Processing

The company’s ternary content addressable memory (TCAM) portfolio enables high-speed packet processing for networking equipment such as routers and switches. The first device in the series, the R8A20410BG, features a capacity of 20 Mb and delivers a search performance up to 360 Mega searches/s. The device seamlessly interworks with NPUs and will be fully interoperable with Xelerated’s HX family of network processors.
