Based on the company's TinyBGA packaging technology, the PC-150 TinyBGA SDRAM modules provide either 128 MB or 256 MB of SDRAM on a 168-pin DIMM. Designed with overclockers and performance hungry users in mind, these memory devices work at 150 MHz and transfer data at rates up to 1.2 GB/s maximum. The memory modules are available now and pricing is approximately $190 for a 128-MB module.
