Enlarging the company's portfolio of ARM7 and ARM9 MCUs, the LPC3200 family, based on the ARM926EJ processor, targets consumer, industrial, medical, and automotive applications. Exploiting a 90-nm process, the family integrates the ARM926EJ core, a vector floating point, an LCD controller, Ethernet MAC, On-The-Go USB, bus matrix, and a large set of standard peripherals. Features include I2C, I2S, SPI, SSP, UARTs, USB, OTG, SD, PWMs, A/D with touch-screen interfaces, 10/100 Ethernet MAC, and a 24-bit LCD controller that supports STN and TFT panels. The family supports DDR, SDR, SRAM, and flash-memory devices and offers the option of booting-from NAND flash, SPI memory, UART, or SRAM.
