Designed for consumer and industrial connectivity applications requiring low EMI emission, the PIC16C433 microcontroller includes an 18V/4-mA interface for electrically noisy environments. Featuring a four-channel, eight-bit a/d converter, this small footprint device is suitable for measuring analog signals. On-chip peripherals include an eight-bit real time clock/counter with an eight-bit programmable prescaler. The device offers up to 2K words of OTP program memory and 128 bytes of data RAM. Only 35 single-cycle instructions, each 14-bits wide, with the exception of two-cycle program branches, are required. Pricing for the 18-pin device is $2.31 each/10,000.
