The V320USC v.B1 is an advanced PCI system controller chip that attaches directly to Hitachi SuperH (SH-3 and SH-4) and MIPS processors in PCI and cPCI applications. The IC is fully compliant with PCI 2.2 specifications and can handle speeds of up to 75 MHz on the local bus. It is also I2O ready. And it's capable of PICMG hot swapping and offers 640 bytes of on-chip FIFO, two scatter/gather DMA engines, PCI bus power management interface specification v1.0, (E)SDRAM controller with Enhanced SDRAM support, 3.3V operation, 5V-tolerant inputs, configurable primary master, bus master, and target (slave) operation. The device is well suited for applications such as cPCI, MS Windows CE, DTV, telecomm and networking.
