Combining high power, low inductance and unique end terminals, the 16-resistor Single Inline Pack is capable of approximately 20W of total dissipation spread uniformly over the 16-resistor elements. The resistors are printed on both sides of the substrate to maximize the area available for each resistor, to minimize heat rise, and to permit operation below 350°C hot spot temperatures. The SIP comes in a range of resistance values from 0.25 ohms to 1 Megaohm.
