Aluminum Cap Series Adds Large Case Sizes

Enabling high capacitance/voltage combinations from 1F at 25 V to 10,000 µF at 450V, the 101/102 PHR-ST screw-terminal power aluminum capacitors now include larger 90 mm x 146 mm, 76 mm x 220 mm, and 90 mm x 220 mm case sizes and 13-mm terminals. Featuring a cylindrical aluminum case insulated with a blue sleeve and pressure relief in their disc, the components are now available in 11 case sizes ranging from 35 mm x 60 mm to 90 mm by 220 mm. They offer a high-rated ripple current to 49.1A at +85°C and a useful life of 10,000 to 15,000 hours at +85°C. Additionally, components are now available with 8-mm terminals on the standard high-post M5 disc or 13-mm terminals on the high-current M6 disc. VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY, INC., Malvern, PA.
