Said to be physically and electrically identical to and, therefore, interchangeable with Cornell Dubilier's SCD Series devices, the 926 Series of IGBT snubber capacitors is designed to mount directly to IGBT modules. The snubbers employ a low-loss polypropylene dielectric, meet or exceed UL94VO flammability requirements, and have a low inductance and high peak and RMS current capability.
