The HVC series chip resistors have a voltage coefficient of resistance (VCR) rating of less than 1 ppm/V. These resistors are said to be suitable for use in high-voltage applications such as power supplies and anywhere extreme voltage stability is required. One chip in the series is a 2512, 30 Megaohm resistor with a TCR of less than 25 ppm/c with a 2,500-V rating in air, 7,500-V potted. Sizes range from 0.250" x 0.125" (2512) to 0.020" x 0.02" (0202). Custom sizes are also available. Pricing for a 30 Megaohm 2512, 1% is $1.11 each/10,000 with delivery times as short as six weeks ARO.
