Chip Resistors Hit The Road

the PAT series thin-film chip resistors offer an ESD rating of 2 kV, TCR of ± 25 ppm/°C, and tolerances to ±0.1%.
Carrying AEC-Q200 qualification for automotive applications, the PAT series thin-film chip resistors offer an ESD rating of 2 kV, TCR of ± 25 ppm/°C, and tolerances to ±0.1%. Consisting of a tantalum nitride resistor film on a high-purity alumina substrate, the resistors offer stable film and performance characteristics of 1,000 ppm at +70°C for 10,000 hours. They are available with wraparound terminations in eight case sizes from 0402 to 2512 and resistance values from 10Ω to 3 MΩ with nonstandard values available upon request. Other features include a noise figure of less than -30 dB, voltage coefficients of less than 0.1 ppm/V, and a load-life stability of less than 0.05% at 1,000 hours at +70°C. Power ratings range from 50 mW to 1W and voltage ratings are from 75V to 200V over an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
