Chip Resistors Offer Power Ratings To 1,500 mW

April 26, 2011
The Z termination line of miniature chip resistors employ thin single-surface and wrap-around designs ranging in size from 0402 to 2512. Tolerances start from 0.1%, power ratings from 50 mW to 1,500 mW.

The Z termination line of miniature chip resistors employ thin single-surface and wrap-around designs ranging in size from 0402 to 2512. Tolerances start from 0.1%, power ratings from 50 mW to 1,500 mW, and temperature coefficients of resistance reach as low as 25 ppm. Voltage ratings span from 30V to 200V and operating temperature range is from -55°C to +125°C. Additionally, the Z Termination is a gold over nickel finish, attachable with solder, conductive epoxy, or gold wire bonds. Pricing is under $1.50 each in volume.
