Exploiting proprietary TaNFilm self-passivating, resistive-element technology, the PFC-HT series chip resistors are suitable for use in extremely high operating temperatures up to 200°C. The resistors feature a wraparound non-leaching termination topology in either gold-plated or 100% tin, lead-free versions. Available in standard 0603, 0805, and 1206 chip sizes, they offer voltage and power ratings of 33.3V/62.5 mW, 50V/100 mW, and 100V/125 mW and resistance values range from 10? to 85 k? with tolerances to ±1%. Available TCRs span ±25 ppm/°C to 100 ppm/°C with an operating temperature range from -55°C to +200°C. Pricing is $0.30 each 10,000. IRC INC., Corpus Christi, TX. (361) 992-7900.
