According to the company, ±0.5% tolerance is critical in apps where operation close to the maximum operating temperature is necessary, as it helps prevent the maximum temperature from being exceeded due to tolerance variation. Allegedly, this makes the NCP series suitable for use in air conditioning systems, power supply/cooling/thermal management systems, and automotive temperature sensing applications.
