A new ultra-long-life aluminum electrolytic capacitor has been designed to achieve higher capacitance values in a smaller size. Combining long life, low ESR and high ripple current capability, the miniature 158 PUL-SI snap-in capacitor can save space

A new ultra-long-life aluminum electrolytic capacitor has been designed to achieve higher capacitance values in a smaller size. Combining long life, low ESR and high ripple current capability, the miniature 158 PUL-SI snap-in capacitor can save space in industrial, telecommunications and audio/visual power supply applications where long-term reliability is critical. Each device is rated for an operating life of 5,000 hr. at a temperature of 105°C and maximum ripple current. The 158 PUL-SI capacitor has standard voltages from 16V to 100V and comes with capacitance values of between 560 and 47,000 µF. Case sizes range from 22 mm x 25 mm to 35 mm x 50 mm. Either a two- or three-pin snap-in option comes standard. BCCOMPONENTS, Alpharetta, GA. (678) 366-9970.
