Additions to the B43305 and B43508 series snap-in aluminum electrolytic capacitors provide the same electrical properties as their predecessors but in up to two case classes smaller, translating into height reductions of 5 mm and 10 mm. The trim down

Additions to the B43305 and B43508 series snap-in aluminum electrolytic capacitors provide the same electrical properties as their predecessors but in up to two case classes smaller, translating into height reductions of 5 mm and 10 mm. The trim down is the result of unique materials, an improved capacitor winding design, and an optimized mechanical construction. The B43305 series specifies a capacitance range from 68 to 3,300 µF and is available with voltage ratings from 200V to 450V. The series exhibits an operating life of 2,000 hours at +85 °C. The B43508 series covers a range from 82 to 2,700 µF at voltages between 200V and 450V and, at temperatures up to +105°C, attains an operating life of 3,000 hours. Pricing for either series is $0.75 each/10,000. EPCOS INC., Iselin, NJ. (800) 888-7728.
