The company's latest snap-in aluminum electrolytic capacitors, the B43305 and B43508 series, feature the same electrical properties as earlier types while being smaller by up to two case classes. This translates into height reductions in the realm of 5 mm and 10 mm. With a 22-mm diameter and 25-mm height, the B43305 series provides a capacitance range from 68 µF to 3,300 µF and is available with voltage ratings from 200V to 450V. Operating life is 2,000 hours at a temperature of 85°C. The B43508 series covers a capacitance range from 82 µF to 2,700 µF at voltages between 200V and 450V. With a capacitance value of 1,000 µF, the 400V B43508 stands 25 mm to 55 mm in height with a diameter from 22 mm to 35 mm. Operating life is 3,000 hours at 105°C. EPCOS INC., Iselin, NJ.
