The MHP Series power resistors feature power ratings from 20W to 600W and is available in TO-220, TO-247, and SOT-227 transistor-style packages. With an operating temperature range from -55°C to +155°C, the components are suitable for use in high-voltage power supplies, motor control and drive circuits, automotive electronics, industrial power equipment, and UPS systems. Their non-inductive design also enables them for deployment in high-frequency snubber and pulse-handling circuits, industrial RF power sources and linear amplifiers, or as termination resistors for RF circuits.
