Extending the Z Series ultra-high-precision bulk metal Z-Foil resistors are three components, the Z204, Z205, and Z206. They provide a TCR of ±0.05 ppm/°C from 0°C to +60°C and ±0.2 ppm/°C from -55°C to +125°C, tolerances of ±0.005% (50 ppm), and a load life stability of ±0.005% at 70°C for 2,000 hours or to ±0.015% at 70°C for 10,000 hours. Qualified in accordance with EEE-INST002 and MIL-PRF 55182, resistance values range from 10Ω to 600 kΩ and power handling is 1W at +125°C. Other features include a rise time of 1 ns, current noise of less than -40 dB, thermal EMF of 0.05 μV/°C, and a voltage coefficient of less than 0.1 ppm/V. Pricing starts at $6 each.
