These new lines of resistors, terminations and attenuators are designed for microwave and RF applications. All resistive products are designed and fabricated using non-toxic, environmentally safe aluminum nitride substrates. This extensive product line can be used in applications from DC to 40 GHz with power handling capabilities from 0.1W to 1,000W. And typical power handling is 25% better than BeO. All components said to exhibit low VSWR and capacitance, are non-magnetic and contain no lead. They can be packaged in bulk or on tape and reel and are field, laser trimmable.
