High-Value Chip Resistors Deliver Tight Tolerance

The 10-Gigaohm versions of these chip resistors can be trimmed to a tolerance of 0.1% while the 100-Gigaohm resistors can be trimmed to 0.25%. The chip resistors are also said to be very stable, in the range of 10 ppm/V with TCRs of 25 ppm/°C.
