The Model 4283-1300 fine-wire, high-voltage transformer boasts of a wide operating temperature range and compatibility with reflow soldering up to 220°C. The component is capable of delivering up to 0.2W of continuous power with a voltage output up to 800V. Offered in a surface-mount package that can be custom configured, operating frequency is up to 500 kHz typical. The transformer is available in full wave or flyback configurations and measures 0.22 inch in height, maximum. Available now, delivery time is from stock to six weeks.
