The surface-mount PSF series metal film resistors in the 2012 and 4527 case sizes feature temperature coefficients down to ± 5 ppm/°C and tolerances to 0.01 %.

The surface-mount PSF series metal film resistors in the 2012 and 4527 case sizes feature temperature coefficients down to ± 5 ppm/°C and tolerances to 0.01 %. Measuring 5.08 mm x 3.18 mm with a 2.44-mm profile, the PSF2012 offers a 0.125W power rating and 200V working voltage. The PSF4527 measures 11.56 mm x 6.98 mm with a 4.24 mm profile and features a 0.25W power rating and 300V working voltage. The device offers compliant wraparound terminations that eliminate the risk of solder fillet cracking due to differences in coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), as well as a rugged molded encapsulation. Both resistors operate over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Pricing ranges from $0.40 to $3 per piece depending on tolerance and temperature coefficient.
