At just 80 milliohms at 1 GHz, the equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 600 Series microwave capacitors is said to be the lowest available for their class of devices. Targeted for use where low loss and high performance are required, such as in RF

At just 80 milliohms at 1 GHz, the equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 600 Series microwave capacitors is said to be the lowest available for their class of devices. Targeted for use where low loss and high performance are required, such as in RF and microwave applications, the NPO capacitors are available in capacitance values of up to 100 pF in an 0603 case size and have a rated voltage of 250V.
The ultra-low ESR microwave caps can be ordered laser marked and can be shipped in tape-and-reel packages. Price is as low as $0.10 each/1M.
