The GMC series of multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs) includes 10 EIA case sizes ranging from 0201 to 2225. They come in seven voltage ranges from 6.3V to 200V and in nine capacitance ranges from 0.5 pF to 100 µF. They are available with a range of temperature dielectrics including the ultra stabile COG, NPO, X7R, Z5U and Y5V. The capacitors are intended for high-density mounting applications and can be used in high-frequency circuits. They are suitable for a broad range of equipment such as notebook computers, camcorders, VCRs, automotive and telecommunications. Either tape or bulk packaging is available.
