With heavy pulse-handling and self-healing capabilities, the MKT1826 metalized, polyester-film capacitor features a compact design and claims superior reliability. Depending on capacitance and voltage rating, package size ranges from 2.5 mm x 7.2 mm x 6.5 mm to 7.2 mm x 7.2 mm x 13 mm with a lead spacing of 5 mm regardless of package size.
Up to 23 capacitance options are available from 1,000 pF to 4.7 µF with tolerance options of ±5%, ±10% and ±20%. Voltage ratings include 40, 50, 63, 100 and 250 Vdc with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, or -55°C to 100°C for the 4.7 µF/40 Vdc component. Depending on voltage rating, maximum pulse rise time ranges from 120 V/µs to 250 V/µs.
