Designed to user's specs, the RNX series of thin-film, silicon-based resistor networks is said to offer space- and cost-saving benefits. Features include a resistance range of 10 ohms to 1 Megaohm and tolerance ranges from ±0.1% to ±5%. TCR may be as low as ±25 ppm/°C, and body styles include narrow and wide SOIC, QSOP, TSSOP, wafer-level packaging, or die packs of 0.6, 0.5 or 0.4 mm.
