Promising low levels of ESR and high Q for RF applications, the S-Series multi-layer ceramic capacitors are fabricated with a proprietary combination of low-loss dielectric and a highly conductive electrode system. This approach is said to lower the component’s equivalent series resistance by up to 75%. The capacitors are available in sizes of 0201, 0402, 0603, and 0805 and capacitance values ranging from 0.2 pF to 220 pF. Targeted applications include RF modules, cellular, amplifiers, WLAN, cable components, and RF matching. Prices start at $.04 each/1,000 with delivery from stock to six weeks.
