With profiles as low as 3 mm and current ratings up to 70A, the HM69 series shielded inductors operate at frequencies up to 5 MHz, making them prime candidates for use in intermediate power bus architectures. Available in 10 case sizes, inductance values range from 25 nH to 300 nH at 100 kHz with typical dc resistances from 0.17 mΩ to 0.45 mΩ at 25°C. Current ratings range from 18A to 70A and operating temperature is from -40°C to +125°C with a maximum ambient temperature of +85°C. Additionally, the inductors feature class F, 155°C insulation and are RoHS compliant. Typical pricing is about $0.40 to $0.80 each. BI TECHNOLOGIES, Fullerton, CA. (714) 447-2759.
